Abstract

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of Āyurveda counseling program using Astrology on teenagers who have trouble in decision making process about their future career. For this study, 13 subjects were recruited at a girls’ high school in the city M, Jollanamdo, South Korea. The self-efficacy test and course maturity test were examined with t-test of ex-ante and ex-post correlations after the counseling program. The result showed favorable after the program. In other words, it is proven that the Āyurvedic counseling program using Astrology is affective on both improving self-understanding and the ability to make a decision with confidence on their career.
